Kent studied at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in two disciplines; biology and art. These two interests molded together and many of his works are illistrations of their relationship. Kent is also interested in the dynamic definitions of "human nature." Kent has taken many oppertunities to further his welding skills at technical colleges and working with colleges in his field.
